We believe in making games players love to play, while pushing the boundaries of location-based and AR experiences on mobile. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating experiences that accelerate the growth of Pokémon GO in Emerging Markets. You’ll help drive the go-to-market growth strategy, coordinate product and marketing efforts with on-the-ground resources, and act as the authority on Emerging Markets. We’ll look to you for a deep understanding of the global mobile gaming landscape, using quantitative and qualitative approaches to lead growth marketing and business development initiatives. The right candidate has a passion for results-driven approaches and thrives in ambiguity and change.
The total compensation package for this position includes a new hire offer base salary range of $188,100.00 - $209,000.00 + bonus + equity + benefits.
Individual pay within this salary range is determined by work location and additional factors, including assessed job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Niantic's global-scale augmented reality platform and digital map powers spatial computing experiences in the real world. Incubated out of the Maps team at Google, Niantic first created Ingress and then Pokémon GO, a cultural phenomenon and hit game played by tens of millions of people each month.
