The Transactions Accounting Manager will manage and oversee all accounting functions related to real estate sales transactions. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, compliance with client documents / requirements, monitoring and collecting commissions and incentives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Transaction Accounting:
Manage accounting processes related to real estate sales, including revenue recognition, commissions, and transaction settlements.

2. Account Reconciliation:
Reconcile accounts related to real estate sales, including receivables, payables, and escrow accounts.

3. Customer Support Management:
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective resolution of customer inquiries, document compliance and payment milestones

4. Developer Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for developers, addressing the client’s concerns and providing tailored support.

5. Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, maintaining sales documentation, including data and reports

Qualifications:·
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business 
Studies / Accounting
· At least 5 years work experience in similar revenue / transaction accounting roles
· Has good communication, presentation, organizational skills.
·  Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, Xero, CRM or similar management systems and dashboards) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
·  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
·  Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
·  Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
·  Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
