Do you have an interest in becoming an HVAC Technician? We are looking for an entry-level HVAC systems apprentice who may have some experience in residential, light commercial, and/or HVAC education to join our team to work with the most advanced heavy commercial and industrial cutting-edge equipment.

We provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA) with milestone recognition and monetary rewards and advancement, top-of-the-line technology, equipment, and uniforms, and a #1 focus on employee safety. We will equip you with tools and a vehicle to perform your job at the highest standard.  The apprentice must possess a positive attitude, an eagerness to learn, and a willingness to listen and apply training in the field. 

What you will do
You will work with skilled and experienced Journeyman HVAC Mechanics in a variety of commercial and industrial equipment settings.  Training will be provided to you via mentors, in-person classes, and an online training course.

How will you do it

Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems.

What we look for

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Computer savvy with good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain a good driving record

Preferred

  • One (1) year of work experience in the HVAC industry

  • HVAC education courses
