The Recruitment Assistant provides administrative support to the recruitment team. Responsibilities include processing requests, updating candidate profiles, verifying licenses, contacting references, and preparing documents like pay packages and contracts. Additional duties include generating reports, sending background check forms, and communicating with recruiters and candidates.
CORE FUNCTIONS
Recruitment Support
o Monitoring of RA inbox and processing requests as soon as they are received.
o Profile/Application Clean-up, researching for missing information to complete profile and communicating with the recruiter/candidate any issues encountered during the process.
o Updating profile and record of candidate in the system to ensure it is up to date and accurate.
o Processing of online license verifications, uploading the results into the system, and reporting any disciplinary actions or hits found.
o Calling for references provided by the candidate and the recruiter and preparing referenc
