Senior Process Analyst – Vilnius, Lithuania

Role Responsibilities 

Your day-to-day tasks will consist of:

  • Reviewing IT changes, assessing impacts and potential collisions, and approving or rejecting changes.

  • Operating Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to perform final IT change request reviews and approvals and maintaining the change management calendar.

  • Collaborating with release managers, change leads, technology operations, and engineering teams to ensure controls are met, processes are followed, and lessons learned are acted upon.

  • Coordinating with Configuration Management to ensure configuration items are discovered and their information is accurate in Change Records.

  • Monitoring and managing unauthorized changes.

  • Working with Incident Management to monitor and manage incidents caused by changes.

  • Ensuring that all changes are managed as planned within the agreed timescales.

  • Escalating any changes that negatively impact service quality.

  • Collaborating with Problem Management for root cause analysis related to changes and ensuring process continuity with other ITSM practices.

  • Overseeing Change and Release Processes, including monitoring, trend analysis, management, reporting, and continuous service improvement.

  • Managing stakeholders, providing education and training.

  • Planning and executing related communications.

  • Contributing to other ITSM processes in a shared resource capacity.

Role Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  • Experience: at least 2 years of experience in Change Management, Process Management, and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL).

  • Expertise: Proven background in managing complex IT change processes.

  • Analytical Skills: ability to assess the impact of changes on IT services, ensuring alignment with business needs while maintaining efficiency and availability.

  • ITSM Knowledge: understanding of ITSM frameworks such as ITIL, with relevant certifications being advantageous.

  • Communication and Collaboration: excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to ensure seamless integration of change management practices.

  • Technical Proficiency: familiarity with IT infrastructure, applications, and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).

  • Detail-Oriented: strong focus on compliance and process quality.

  • Adaptability: agile in responding to changing business needs with a commitment to continuous process improvement.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 2166 – 3267 euro. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
