JR68688 MTB Production Scheduler

Job description :

As a MTB Production Scheduler you will need to work with manufacture, engineering, production planner stakeholders to make sure production plan is always on track. Drive resources and solve problems to meet target.

Major job function:

1) Manage production scheduling of key workstations and follow by order due date, UPD and capacity.
2) Monitor inline WIP, machine and coordinate with PE / EE to fix problem and provide recovery plan .
3) Shifting scheduling Performance review : lot compliance rate , output of each workstation , shipping performance , tool conversion rate.
4) Lot start control base on key workstation Boundary condition .
5) Prepare shift report to update daily performance from scheduling stand point .

6) Closely work with planner to meet customer shipment.

Requirement:

1) Major in industrial engineering or similar fields.

2) Bachelor or above.

3) Able to read/write and communicate in English.
