ROLE

Are you eager to kickstart your career with hands-on experience as a Management Assistant? We are offering a 4-6 months internship to ambitious individuals ready to launch their careers and gain valuable skills. Whether you're a recent graduate or a passionate student, we welcome candidates who are enthusiastic about diving into the world of management assistance and support.

You will serve as an integral part of our team, gaining practical experience and actively contributing to the dynamic and efficient day-to-day operation of our office. In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of our team, where you'll not only learn but also actively engage in a wide range of exciting administrative tasks, ensuring the seamless functioning of our team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

As a valuable member of our team, you will actively contribute to the daily operations while learning on the job and working closely with our talented professionals on a variety of exciting projects.

  • Coordinating (client) meetings & events: Under the guidance of your team, learn to organize and schedule meetings and events, conference calls, assisting with planning and logistics from A-Z.
  • Document management: Assist in developing and maintaining an organized filing system, ensuring documents and records are accurately stored and easily accessible, with the use of modern software tools, including Office365 and Keynote.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental communication: Learn to help various teams work together effectively by coordinating information flow and contributing to resolving administrative challenges, while also managing resources.
