Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical solutions and providing technical expertise to the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure and Power Platform. - Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical architecture and modules. - Experience in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical applications. - Knowledge of integration techniques and tools, such as Azure Logic Apps and Power Automate. - Familiarity with data migration and data integration processes. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
