HouseSmart Construction HR Intern

The HR Intern will provide support with a wide range of processes and projects for the HouseSmart Construction division, specifically providing support to the Orientation Program. Success in this role will be demonstrated by delivering high-quality and timely HR assistance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assist with the development of an orientation program.
• Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Help draft and distribute company announcements and internal communications.
• Assist in preparing HR documents and reports.
• Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks.

• Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness
• Ability to make sound judgments
• Ability to operate with a high degree of confidentiality

• Effective computer skills to include Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Canva, and Web Browsing

Education: Pursuant of Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field preferred.
