AutoStore is offering an exciting HR Summer Internship in Nedre Vats  for the summer of 2026. Join our fast-growing, worl-leading company in robotic warehousing and gain valuable hands-on experience working with our most important asset, our People!

The internship will last approximately 8 weeks, from mid-June to mid-August 2026.

What you`ll do:

As an HR Intern, you’ll take part in the planning and coordination of our Summer Internship Program while supporting daily HR operations. You’ll work closely with the HR, TA and Payroll teams, contribute to maintaining employee data.

Some of the tasks you can expect working with are:

• Responsible for planning and coordinating the Summer internship program together with the TA-team

• Support HR team with administrative duties

• Support Payroll with Time and Absence

• Work on HR projects during the summer months (to be carved out in spring 2026)

• Maintaining HR system and employee records

Who you are:

• A student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field

• You thrive working with people and enjoy contributing to a positive, people-focused work environment.

• You enjoy organizing, planning, and keeping track of details in a structured way.

• You are proactive, curious, and motivated to learn more about HR processes such as recruitment, employee data, and payroll support.

• You communicate clearly, work well with others, and feel comfortable interacting with different teams.

Beyond the Work:

Throughout the summer in Nedre Vats, you will join weekly gatherings and activities through the Sildikon Valley program together with students from other companies in the region. These sessions include both professional input and social events, giving you the chance to get to know people outside your team and broaden your network of the local industry.

For positions based in Oslo, you will not be part of the Sildikon Valley program, but there will still be opportunities to connect with other summer interns and colleagues.
