Job Description

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS, etc.).

  • Strong skills in content creation, community management, and campaign execution.

  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and data-driven approaches to optimize campaigns.

  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with overall marketing objectives.

  • Manage social media calendar and create engaging content across all social media channels to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.

  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to produce social media content that supports and amplifies ongoing marketing campaigns and promotions.

Influencer & KOL Collaboration

  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to expand brand reach.

  • Coordinate influencer campaigns to produce authentic, impactful content.

  • Track and report on influencer campaign performance.

Community Management

  • Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Foster positive interactions and build relationships with our online community.

  • Monitor user-generated content and actively participate in conversations around the brand.

Performance Tracking & Analysis

  • Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and analyze data to optimize strategies and content.

  • Prepare reports on campaign performance, social engagement, and community growth.
