What You Will Do:
Guidehouse is seeking a seasoned, dynamic, and result-driven Marketing Automation Strategist to orchestrate drip marketing campaigns that engage and nurture our audience, increase conversions, and drive qualified marketing leads. You’ll leverage cutting-edge technology and strategies to craft personalized email and landing page experiences to support marketing goals for the business. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using their expertise to communicate concepts and ideas, as the position requires frequent interaction with internal clients, IT, and our sales team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in charting a new course for reaching prospects and shaping our marketing success.
Responsibilities
Team with leaders to optimize our account-based marketing programs, strategies, and operating framework.
Develop comprehensive marketing automaton strategies aligned with business objectives and target personas for each segment we serve.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
Develop lead nurturing workflows and lead scoring models to engage and identify prospects and move them through the sales journey.
Manage and deliver the automation technology to support our marketing teams, including day-to-day operations and troubleshooting.
Oversee marketing data to ensure accuracy and adhere to company privacy and data management policies.
Utilize analytics and performance reports to measure campaign performance, identify areas of improvement, and provide action insights to stakeholders.
Develop and execute a data segmentation strategy to support marketing campaigns that target key accounts and pursuits.
Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaign elements, including copy, landing pages, and workflows, to maximize performance.
Oversee the set-up and configuration of campaigns, including UX/UI design standards for emails and landing pages.
Develop and manage marketing automation governance and best practices to ensure successful delivery of email marketing campaigns.
Manage small operations team and external vendors who provide support on campaigns.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Seven (7) + years’ experience launching lead nurturing campaigns in B2B.
Must be proficient in marketing automation software. (Elouqa, Marketo, HubSpot, etc.)
Business acumen to develop market strategies to support brand and sales growth.
Strong analytics skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Ability to pivot quickly and make fast decisions based on changing needs.
Comfortable with working to tight deadlines and strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, communication and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
Must have knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, ADA and other relevant regulations.
Must be adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $87,100.00-$130,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
