The duty free store on the Ambassador Bridge Plaza is located in a secure U.S. customs environment and provides visiting guests with a unique shopping experience. Our store provides visiting guests with a unique shopping experience. Our offerings include designer fragrances from around the world, fine crystal, exquisite jewelry, clothing and accessories, and of course spirits and tobacco.

Ambassador Duty Free is currently seeking a Full Time Floor Manager. As a Floor Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers. You will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience, drive customer satisfaction, and build lasting relationships. Your focus will be on understanding customer needs, resolving issues, and continuously improving the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to build strong, lasting relationships with customers.
  • Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate to implement changes and enhancements that positively affect customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and issues.
  • Develop and implement customer education programs to enhance product knowledge and usage among customers.
  • Provide training and resources to customer support teams to improve their ability to assist customers effectively.
  • Translate data findings into actionable strategies for improving the customer experience.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance measures to ensure consistent and high-quality customer interactions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service, customer relations, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about customer experience.
