Senior Specialist, Operations Tech – Santa Ana Costa Rica

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support the Operations & Product activities for the Account Payout Network service.
  • Act as a liaison to the Technical team and Regional Managers in addressing and resolve open items.
  • Deliver data analytics to Product/Business on past, current and possible future trends and recommend technical improvement opportunities.
  • Develop, improve and maintain relationships with internal departments and External Partners.

Role Requirements:  

  • Bacherlor’s degree in related area.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in related fields such as financial industry, Banking, Services, Mass distribution, Operations.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge in Excel and Power BI is a plus.
  • Technical background desirable.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work between 07:00 am and 16:00 pm, working from Monday to Friday in a hybrid format of 3 days on-site at our offices and 2 home offices.
