Summary:

We are currently seeking a Senior Strategy and Analytics Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team. This role is available to candidates in Vancouver.

What your team does:

Revenue Operations drives growth by supporting our revenue-generating and revenue-retaining teams. We are working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, Channel, Customer Enablement, and Customer Support to provide insights and recommendations, improve the efficiency of the GTM motions, and enable GTM teams to be innovative and self-sufficient.

You will be surrounded by a talented group of high-performing individuals, seasoned in SaaS and driven by collective success. You’ll work with our leadership in Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Business Operations to drive our GTM strategy, reporting, and operational excellence in North America, EMEA, and APAC.

What you'll work on:

  • Act as an advisor to the business, support the leadership on key strategic initiatives, and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.

  • Manage analytics and reporting across multiple teams and partner with Clio-wide stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Business Operations, Customer Success).

  • Identify business needs for reporting, scope system and process requirements, build and roll out reports, coordinate execution with Finance, Sales Operations, and Business Operations teams.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of complex data sets to extract valuable insights and utilize statistical techniques, data visualization, and advanced analytics to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities that can drive operational excellence and inform strategic decisions.

  • Prepare data and presentations for Monthly/Weekly Business Reviews, board decks, and own weekly GTM/Forecast calls.

  • Participate in organizational operating rhythms like GTM planning and territory planning.

  • Synthesize GTM data and insights to create presentations that make fact-based recommendations. Use data for storytelling and presenting research findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Provide and deliver strategic data analysis, insights, and presentations to senior leadership.

  • Contribute to improving systems, processes, and tools particularly as they enhance the vision of data analytics, innovation, business impact and strategy development.

  • Research and analyze industries, market segments, and business models.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify, analyze, and implement data-driven decisions

Serious bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with the data life cycle from data storage, data processing and analysis, data archiving and retention, and data governance.

  • Experience with querying data sets (e.g. using SQL/SAQL/SOQL for collecting data from multiple data systems).

  • Experience in translating measurements into recommendations, and connecting multiple data sources and building dashboards in data visualization tools (CRM Analytics, Looker, Google Sheets).

  • Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques (e.g. regression analysis, logistic regression, Monte Carlo simulations).

  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.

  • Proven ability to develop presentations with strong visual storytelling.

The expected salary range* for this role is $97,700 to $132,300 CAD. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.

*Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
