About The Role
You will be working on SSRN, one of the largest global preprint platforms. Our mission is to rapidly share early-stage research and empower global scholars to help shape a better future. You will be part of a global team, collaborating with multiple business and technology stakeholders, and connecting with researchers and organizational customers worldwide.
Responsibilities
Interacting with customers to understand their needs and generate requirements to deliver product enhancements for expectations and market changes
Developing clear go-to -market launch plans through coordinated business strategic planning with external cross-functional customer facing teams
Supporting the go-to-market strategy by communicating customer requirements to stakeholders and supporting launches with queries, training and planning
Creating and communicating our product vision and road-map plan to build growth opportunities to senior stakeholders
Driving solutions for complicated design challenges by managing key end-to-end life-cycle components from planning to release
Utilizing Data-Driven Decision-Making and Analysis to gain product insights and drive solutions for business problems and innovation
Requirements
Experience in digital product management.
Ability to document and write clear requirements using user stories.
Hands-on experience in UX and design is highly desirable, such as using Balsamiq for wireframe prototyping.
Experience using an analytical, data-driven approach to identify areas for improvement, using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Hotjar and Pendo.
Ability to build relationships with customers to understand future needs.
Experience using an analytical, data-driven approach to identify areas for improvement.
Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle processes in an agile environment.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
