About The Role

You will be working on SSRN, one of the largest global preprint platforms. Our mission is to rapidly share early-stage research and empower global scholars to help shape a better future. You will be part of a global team, collaborating with multiple business and technology stakeholders, and connecting with researchers and organizational customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Interacting with customers to understand their needs and generate requirements to deliver product enhancements for expectations and market changes

  • Developing clear go-to -market launch plans through coordinated business strategic planning with external cross-functional customer facing teams

  • Supporting the go-to-market strategy by communicating customer requirements to stakeholders and supporting launches with queries, training and planning

  • Creating and communicating our product vision and road-map plan to build growth opportunities to senior stakeholders

  • Driving solutions for complicated design challenges by managing key end-to-end life-cycle components from planning to release

  • Utilizing Data-Driven Decision-Making and Analysis to gain product insights and drive solutions for business problems and innovation

Requirements

  • Experience in digital product management.

  • Ability to document and write clear requirements using user stories.

  • Hands-on experience in UX and design is highly desirable, such as using Balsamiq for wireframe prototyping.

  • Experience using an analytical, data-driven approach to identify areas for improvement, using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Hotjar and Pendo.

  • Ability to build relationships with customers to understand future needs.

  • Experience using an analytical, data-driven approach to identify areas for improvement.

  • Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle processes in an agile environment.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
