JR62873 Technoloy Development Manager Shift Engineering, Wet

In this role you would:

  • Finish the required safety training and ensuring all work is conducted in accordance with Micron safety policies while promoting a positive work environment
  • Developing the strategic vision for building out the Manufacturing Development Engineering WET Process Engineering team (Day time and Shift Engineers)
  • Developing high-reaching performance targets and ensuring line-of-sight goals are communicated to your team members
  • Partners with MDE Operations team, MDE Process Engineering team, other Micron sites and areas to continually improve performance.
  • Partners with Hiroshima site Manufacturing Engineering (ME) and Industrial Engineering (IE) teams to validate capacity planning to achieve required wafer output
  • Support department business processes for process qualification on new tools
  • Serves as a key area resource for technical support
  • Working with other global counterparts to identify and use global best-known methods
  • Addressing large audiences, executives, and technology authorities on sophisticated topics
  • Knowing Micron People policies and partnering closely with the People organization
  • Ensuring your area of responsibility has succession plans for all key positions

Qualifications & Skills ideal:

  • Preferred knowledge of WET processes, and some knowledge of all fabrication process areas.
  • Proven track record leading small and large teams toward common goals with successful track record of prior leadership
  • Set and measure short and long-range goals for a large team or department
  • Demonstrated ability in building and developing teams
  • Proven ability leading multiple complex projects
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing team structure, standards, and processes
  • Communicate and present technical information effectively
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong data analysis, problem solving, and fixing skills
  • Collaborating with other groups to build strong peer relationships
  • Coaching and mentoring team members supporting their career development
  • Solicit feedback, accept input, and analyze success/failure
  • Identify, understand, and mitigate risk before making critical decisions
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in an engineering or science-related field is required and must be a Senior Engineer or higher with previous leadership experience and a minimum of 5 years direct Photo experience.
