We're seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead our Enterprise AI initiatives. You'll spend most of your time developing custom AI solutions for enterprise clients, with the rest focused on improving our core platform features like reporting, controls, customization, integration, and automation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of custom AI agents for enterprise clients, crafting vision, strategy, and execution plans
• Own cross-platform feature development including reporting, controls, and integration capabilities
• Convert enterprise customer feedback into detailed product requirements and technical specifications
• Use data to better understand enterprise needs and guide product development
• Work closely with product design, engineering, data science, customer success, sales, finance, legal, and partnership teams
• Act like a founder, taking full ownership of products end-to-end, including GTM strategy
• Travel to enterprise client sites (~monthly) to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership

What You Should Have:

• Available/willing to relocate to work onsite at our Lehi, Utah office Monday-Friday (preferred, not required)
• Availability to travel to meet with customers onsite 1-2x/monthly
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field
• Bring 4+ years of PM experience with a track record of leading ambitious 0-to-1 products
• Built and scaled enterprise AI solutions
• Experience writing and pushing code using AI tools
• Own problems end-to-end, and willingly pick up whatever knowledge you're missing
• Succeed in fast-paced technical environments, working with cross-functional teams
• Connect well with enterprise clients and enjoy building those relationships
• Thrive in a small, agile team with initiative and desire for ownership
• Show deep enthusiasm for AI and understand AI systems, including autonomous agents
• Drive product decisions with data, using analytics tools, SQL, and experimental design
• Excel at leading teams and driving execution through clear communication
