Assist with managing devices, communication, and developing promotional material for IvyCares and DSS

Hourly Wage: $15.00

  • ​Assist with managing technology (i.e. hotspots, laptops)
  • Call students to determine if device(s) needs to be returned or if Borrower's Agreement needs updating
  • Prepare communications (i.e. e-mails, correspondence, instructional documents, reports)
  • Edit and / or write letters and reports
  • Create and / or design digital tracking systems, flyers, and PowerPoint presentations

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalency
  • Enrolled in at least six credit hours at Ivy Tech Community College
  • Maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) as determined by the financial aid
  • Must have current Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
  • Must have financial need as determined by the financial aid office

EXPERIENCE:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft (Excel and Word programs)
  • Familiar with using copiers, faxes, and scanners

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Pleasant attitude
  • Good customer service skills
  • Eager to complete position responsibilities
  • Able to multi-task
