Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead), you will be responsible for designing and managing secure, scalable, performing, highly available, fault-tolerant, and cost-effective cloud applications. Your typical day will involve managing and provisioning the cloud infrastructure of the designed cloud solution, embedding operations reliability and compliance in designed solutions, and fostering the adoption of reusable components or accelerators. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of automated testing frameworks and strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test cases, ensuring comprehensive test coverage. - Develop and execute automated test scripts, analyze test results, and report defects. - Manage and maintain test environments, including test data and test infrastructure. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in automated testing. - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or TestComplete. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. - Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Confluence. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in automated testing. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
