We are on the lookout for an exceptional Senior Project Manager to join the Commercial Excellence Project Management Office. In this role, you will support the delivery of complex projects that are vital to enhancing our sales & business operations. If you are a results-driven professional with a wealth of experience in project management, adept at navigating ambiguity, and skilled in leading diverse, cross-functional teams, we want you to help us drive this transformation and operational excellence. About the Role
In this opportunity as a Senior Project Manager, you will:

  • Manage and oversee projects across sales technology, enablement, data, and operations from start to finish, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence.
  • Actively identify, assess, and manage risks, while transparently communicating potential impacts to all levels of management.
  • Take ownership of project delivery, including scope, timeline, budget, quality, and business value.
  • Navigate project scope changes, offering solutions to maintain project integrity and mitigate negative impacts.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships across the business to ensure program success.
  • Collaborate with resource managers for optimal resource allocation to projects and programs.
  • Promote agility and flexibility in project execution to meet organizational objectives.
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, keeping them informed of status, changes, and issues.
  • Develop comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, cost estimates, and reports.
  • Make informed project decisions, adjusting plans as needed and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant standards and policies.

About You
You're a fit for the role of Senior Project Manager if your background includes:

  • BS/BA degree is required.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in project management, with a focus on managing cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment.
  • Familiarity with various Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC).
  • Excellent communication and influence skills, adaptable to the needs of stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong foundation in project management methodologies.
  • Proficient in negotiation, influencing, and conflict resolution.
