We’re looking for a Manager of FP&A with deep ownership of our revenue model, budget, rolling forecast, and performance reporting. This role sits at the center of how we understand, plan for, and act on revenue outcomes across the business.
This role carries senior-level accountability for revenue planning and results analysis by deeply understanding our underlying model, stress-testing assumptions, identifying risk and opportunity, and ensuring leadership has a clear, current view of where the business is headed and why.
We are a high-growth, product-led whole-person wellness platform serving practitioners and their patients. Our product roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and revenue outcomes are tightly linked — and this role helps ensure that linkage is explicit, measurable, and actionable.
This role reports to the Director of FP&A.
What You'll Do:
Revenue Planning, Forecasting & Accountability
- Manage the end-to-end annual revenue budget and rolling forecast, including scenario modeling and ongoing updates based on business performance and external factors.
- Be accountable for forecast accuracy and narrative: understand what changed, why it changed, and what to do about it.
- Own and continuously refine the revenue model and underlying assumptions, ensuring alignment with product roadmap decisions, go-to-market execution, market or external dynamics, and observed cohort behavior.
- Escalate when action is required — not just when numbers miss.
Revenue Model Ownership & Partnership with Data
- Escalate when action is required — not just when numbers miss.
- Own the end-to-end revenue model used for budgeting, rolling forecasts, and performance analysis, including the ability to independently operate, modify, and recreate the model as assumptions and business dynamics evolve.
- Maintain deep fluency in the revenue metrics, including embedded assumptions, drivers, and interdependencies that influence outcomes.
- Partner closely with the Strategic Finance and Data teams to: Validate assumptions, logic, inputs, and outputs
- Escalate when action is required — not just when numbers miss.
- Leverage advanced analytics and alternative perspectives
- Pressure-test results and improve model rigor
- Act as the accountable owner of revenue planning and outcomes, ensuring the revenue model remains accurate, relevant, and decision-ready.
- Translate complex model outputs into clear, actionable business implications.
Reporting & Insights
- Deliver regular, executive-ready revenue reporting, including:
- Performance vs budget and forecast
- Leading indicators and cohort behavior
- Variance explanations that are driver-based, not surface-level
- Ensure revenue reporting and insights are directly traceable to underlying model logic and assumptions.
Strategic & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner with Strategic Finance on:
- New initiatives
- Strategic pillars
- Investment cases tied to revenue growth
- Work closely with Product to understand:
- How roadmap decisions affect practitioner and patient acquisition, activation, and retention
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to:
- Align revenue assumptions to GTM strategy
- Translate pipeline, conversion, and pricing dynamics into forecast implications
- Help the business understand how growth happens; not just how much.
What You Bring To The Table:
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or a closely related role, with meaningful exposure to revenue modeling.
- Working knowledge of SQL, enough to query (and analyze) raw data from data warehouses, is a very strong plus.
- Strong grounding in cohort-based analysis, unit economics, and driver-based forecasting.
- Experience in a high-growth, product-led, or marketplace/platform business or investment banking strongly preferred.
- Excellent financial modeling skills, including experience building and owning revenue models end-to-end and working with complex, interdependent assumptions.
- Ability to independently recreate and adapt models to validate results and support budget vs. actuals, cohort, and scenario analysis.
- Clear, confident communicator who can translate complexity into action.
Bonus if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Accounting, Finance, etc.) or equivalent experience.
- Professional qualifications such as CMA, CPA, or CFA are a plus.
- Ability to partner deeply with technical data teams while remaining business-oriented.
- Strong judgment, curiosity, and willingness to challenge assumptions (including your own).
- Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Planning, Sigma, etc.).
This role is ideal for a high-performing FP&A or Strategic Finance professional who wants real business ownership, thrives in cross-functional environments, and is motivated by impact.
What we can offer you:
- Flexible PTO & competitive pay
- RRSP match (CAD) & stock options
- Customizable benefits — flexible coverage, paramedical services, and an HSA.
- Flexible benefits package and additional perks
- Employee discount on Fullscript catalog of products for family & friends
- Continuous learning — training budget + company-wide initiatives.
- Wherever You Work Well — hybrid and remote flexibility.
