Summary: As a Finance Commercial Lead, you will oversee commercial relationships with clients to optimize financial and business operations results and deliver client value. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic insights to enhance performance and mitigate risks. You will engage with teams to ensure alignment on financial objectives and drive accountability across projects, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decision-making. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM). - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and trends. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey financial insights to diverse audiences. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
