The Talent Acquisition (TA) Recruiting Specialist reviews resumes, conducts phone interviews, and presents candidates to hiring managers to fill roles internally. This position ensures requisition needs are filled, inclusive of multiple annual recruiting and training classes, specific to UPS business units. The TA Recruiting Specialist monitors employment processes to ensure legal compliance and makes recommendations for process improvements. This position develops relationships with prospective talent, as well as UPS business partners, and creates and manages talent pipelines for future training classes. Candidate will support sourcing strategies, time sensitive staffing initiatives and ad hoc TA projects.

Compensation and Benefits:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $26.70/hour to $43.40/hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
