Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in troubleshooting activities, ensuring that all systems function optimally and meet business requirements, while also documenting processes and solutions for future reference. Roles & Responsibilities: • Manage Azure resources (VMs, VNets, Firewalls, Log Analytics, Key Vault). • Support and maintain Azure PaaS services (App Services, Function Apps, Logic Apps, Kubernetes Services, Container Registry, API Management, Azure AI components etc). • Operate monitoring tools (GenWizard, Nagios, Azure Monitor). • Handle VPN, Jump Server, and VDI access. • Ensure secure access control with Entra ID and PIM. • Collaborate with SI, Security, and CloudSRE teams for issue resolution. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure AI foundry. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS, Linux Operations. - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and practices. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance metrics. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure AI foundry. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
