Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary: As SAP Basic and GRC engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to assist clients in implementing effective solutions. Your typical day will involve understanding and translating customer needs into actionable business and technology solutions. You will drive discussions around transformation and the customer journey, ensuring that functional and application designs align with business requirements while facilitating seamless integration across various systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights on best practices. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - Strong understanding of business process mapping and integration methodologies. - Experience with system integration tools and techniques. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot integration issues effectively. - Familiarity with compliance frameworks and risk management practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
