Team Description

SABRE TRAVEL SOLUTIONS is looking for a talented Marketing Campaign Specialist for the NAM Select team.

The NAM Select team manages 5K + accounts across US , CA and the Caribbean markets . The team manages the customer relationship contractually and strategically to grow the agency business. This team is responsible for contract negotiation, growing agency business, upsell Sabre product solutions  This team also handles Sabre customers’ contracts with precision and care, bringing business relationships to life.

Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be part of the NAM team and develop a campaign plan and activities for specific set of customers an initiative to drive adoption and product demand as well as operational changes for prioritized areas or products.

We are looking for sharp, curious, and flexible candidates who are interested in developing their skills, collaborating with teams across locations while contributing to build the best working environment.

This will be a hybrid role based out of our Zonamerica office in Montevideo. 

What will you achieve?   

  • Support of Agency Communications for  US , CA and Caribbean customers
  • Manage the internal communications calendar and ensure timely execution of the strategy.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Develops a campaign plan and activities for specific set of customers an initiative to drive adoption and product demand as well as operational changes for prioritized areas or products
  • Supports development and execution of Select campaigns including coordination of resources, content generation, deployment for plan campaigns.
  • Develops this plan based on business objectives that drive go to market activities including product positioning, communicating realized value to the marketplace. Organizing and optimizing campaigns for performance
  • Partners across teams to determine priorities while identifies customer and segment needs Acts as a data driving decision making by analyzing and responding to KPI’s on how to set targets of communication withing the segment.
  • Addresses issues of varied scope, where the analysis of situations or data requires consideration of multiple factors, including an understanding of prevailing business trends.
  • Sensitive to data, good at analyzing and summarizing, constantly promoting business iteration through data analysis and market feedback.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Facilitate relevant webinars to position Products and diverse initiatives.


Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent
  • Advanced English skills, written and verbal
  • 3 years of e-Commerce work experience, Nice To Have
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products - PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint
  • An exceptional eye for detail and a proven track record of creating informative and engaging internal communications.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Meticulous and positive work attitude, able to coordinate resources from all parties to achieve goals, full of passion and creativity.
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork awareness, data awareness and effect measurement awareness, strong learning ability, and good self-drive.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across various departments and with all levels of management.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate complex information into clear, concise messaging.
