The Alkimos Seawater Desalination Plant supports reliable water supply for the community. It operates within an alliance model that brings diverse expertise together. The Maintenance Manager is a pivotal member of the plant leadership team, responsible for optimising asset performance across the full lifecycle of our physical infrastructure. This role suits someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing strategic planning with hands‑on leadership.

Core Capabilities

• Asset management strategy development and implementation
• Preventative and predictive maintenance planning
• CMMS data management and reporting
• Budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and contract management
• Risk assessment, compliance, and ISO 55001 alignment
• Project management from scoping to closeout
• A trades background within a fixed plant environment would be preferred

• Strong leadership with a focus on building an inclusive, high‑performing team
• Effective communication with internal teams, subcontractors, and regulators
