Job Description

The HR Administrator will have exposure to the day-to-day operations of a busy Human Resources department. Reporting to the HR & Recruitment Manager, the HR Administrator will contribute in a meaningful way to the accomplishment of the Human Resources objectives, which support our high-performance culture of professional development, quality, productivity and standards.  

Key Accountabilities of the Role

  • Prepare job advertisements for posting using different recruitment sourcing channels
  • Assist in screening candidates and scheduling interviews for open roles
  • All administration related to onboarding, offboarding, transfers and reporting line changes for employees in Manila, including updating our system Workday
  • Benefits administration including but not limited to medical insurance, group life insurance, and Company retirement plan
  • Management of the HR mailbox and responding to queries in a timely manner
  • General HR administration: creating contracts, reference letters, Certificate of Employment, etc
  • Management of the onboarding process, including collation of references, qualifications and new hire documentation for new starters in a timely manner
  • Completing the HR induction programme for new starters
  • HR file management and maintenance
  • Management of the offboarding process including exit interviews, final pay and exit documents. Coordinating with the IT team in relation to new starters and leavers and system access
  • Support of the HedgeServ wellbeing programme in partnership with the HR Manager and the Company’s health insurance provider
  • Support Sports and Social Committee on employee engagement activities
  • Assist employees with queries in relation to Workday and HR policies, as required
  • Ownership of the HR SharePoint site for Manila
  • Support the payroll process by conducting monthly timesheet reconciliation
  • Working on HR projects and initiatives as required
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required

Pre-requisite knowledge, skills and experience

  • 1+ years previous HR administration experience ideally in a fast paced and growing organisation
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant business field
  • Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic and proactive approach
  • Ability to provide a consistently, high-quality service to internal clients
