Role Overview

As a Sales Executive specializing in Global Pay, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth with our Payroll Express solution. You will focus on providing global payroll solutions for organizations based in the United States that have employees or contractors worldwide. As a Sales Executive you will manage the entire sales process, from business development to full-cycle deal management. This role requires you to develop a strong understanding of global payroll, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners.

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Identify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events.

  • Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and pain points of prospective clients.

  • Engage with leads to assess their suitability for our payroll services, determine the decision-making hierarchy within the prospect's organization, and identify key stakeholders.

  • Deliver compelling demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our payroll services, addressing any questions or concerns raised by prospects.

  • Collaborate with sales operations and other team members to prepare customized proposals and quotes based on the specific requirements of each prospect.

  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms while ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.

  • Close deals in a timely manner and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Provide ongoing support and serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process and beyond.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition and implementation of payroll services for new clients.

  • Address any issues or concerns raised by clients and proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services.

  • Stay informed with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting payroll services.

  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven and documented track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the HR/Payroll solutions industry.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and reporting.
