Adding value to testing, validation, and governance processes to embed effective practices.
Mentoring and supporting junior team members in their actuarial career development.
Fostering collaboration between portfolio management, pricing transformation, and other teams.
Contributing ideas and expertise to shape the future direction of our team and the wider business.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive collaboration and decision-making.
Prepare governance materials and secure sign-off at key milestones.
Support continuous improvement across the International Portfolio Analytics function.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in pricing model development, review, calibration, validation, and governance; familiarity with GLMs is helpful but not essential.
Strong technical actuarial skills with the ability to problem-solve and recommend analytics approaches.
Background in actuarial work—whether from London Market insurance, Personal Lines, Consulting, or elsewhere.
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and constructively, and to challenge approaches in a supportive way.
Willingness to learn and adapt, with an open mind to new tools, data sources, and ways of working.
Collaborative spirit and a desire to help others develop and succeed.
Good coding or data analysis skills (e.g., Python, SQL, Power BI) would be useful, but we’re happy to support your development.
Any experience with capital modelling is a plus but not required.
