About Your MFA Liaison
Your liaison, Jen Behr, is the corporate relations manager for Mercy For Animals in the United States. Jen began her animal advocacy career on the corporate engagement team at People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, working on issues related to animals used in the entertainment industry. She joined our corporate engagement team in 2020 and has worked with major food companies on plant-based menu shifts and issues related to animal welfare. She believes that a plant-based diet shift is integral to fighting the climate crisis and that the corporate sector has immense potential to drive change.
Jen is passionate about effective teamwork and fostering strong, positive team dynamics. She values open communication, initiative, ownership, and creative problem-solving. She strongly encourages a healthy work-life balance for herself and team members. Outside work, Jen loves spending time with her husband, two children, and their Yorkie. She is an avid reader, runner, lifter, and native-plant enthusiast.
