Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) to deliver impactful solutions and ensure project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) applications, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, utilizing your expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing guidance and support to team members as needed. - Ensure the quality and integrity of all application deliverables, conducting thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve any issues. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). S/4 HANA implementation work experience. - 7+ years of experience in Packaged Application Development. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and methodologies. - Experience with project management tools and techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office. - Industry experience: Life sciences
