Role Definition
Leads a team of project management professionals, and oversees the operational functions and strategies of custom switchgear and advanced electrical services projects.

Responsibilities
• Evaluating and providing guidance during the general and detailed planning stages; developing strategies to ensure all projects are in line with customer and organizational goals.
• Overseeing the hiring, development and management of all project teams including both internal staff and external contractors.
• Defining, establishing and monitoring the team project management goals.
• Collaborating with business executives on using a disciplined project management approach and coaching them on their project-related roles and responsibilities.
