Job Summary
As Senior Manager, Software Engineering (Workday Integration), the individual will be primarily responsible for leading the direction and technical development of application engineering staff within Core Corporate Services and will be a servant leader to critical product teams responsible for the enhancement and maintenance of Discover’s global HR systems Operations and Analytics (most of these applications reside on Workday and ServiceNow ) allowing this individual to lead and develop product teams operating on the latest Cloud technology. In addition, this individual will be focused on integration and will oversee maintenance and retirement of several legacy applications.
Position requires a hands-on servant leader and technical subject matter expert, accountable for effectively skilling, tooling and allocating engineering members to best support the needs of the HR Corporate Services product teams. Individual will be a critical member of Application Development Leadership Team helping shape technical vision for product area, which will include ensuring engineering team is aligned to vision and providing transparency that team can meet objectives.

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $125,500.00 to $211,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.Benefits:
