Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Incident management: Troubleshoot Blue Prism issues, identify the path to timely issue resolution and service restoration.
• Problem management: Perform root cause analysis and permanent fixes, including code changes if necessary.
• Change management: Adhere to standards and processes to minimize issues caused by changes.

Required skills and experience

• 2-5 years experience in Blue Prism, particularly in platform implementation and troubleshooting.
• Good communication skills. Must be able to collaborate within a team and with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• With proven proactive drive to learn and innovate.
• Good to have: working knowledge of MS SQL
• Good to have: working knowledge of Azure
