Job Purpose
The Pokerstars Agile Delivery Lead will play a key role in the Product Creation Process by managing the successful delivery of initiatives through effective
planning, risk management and communication within Pokerstars Technology.
This role reports to the Senior Enterprise practice lead and involves working closely alongside colleagues across Technology, Product and multiple Business domains as well as representing Pokerstars with Flutter Brand partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Builds an Agile delivery culture that is accountability and results orientated

• Co-ordinate cross-location, cross-function teams to deliver projects and initiatives

• Ensure project plans are achievable, as well as identifies key dependencies within and external to the project

• Develop scope, prioritize, and assist in defining backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team

• Monitor the progress of multiple concurrent projects and delivery flows and make agile adjustments to ensure the successful completion

• Adhere to Project Management frameworks (including Product Creation Process) and best practices

• Provide timely status reports to management; proactively communicate any delay or blockers

• Solve project-related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis, and prioritize to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments

• Use ticket tools to maintain reports, status, and capacity of squad

• Positively represent team in front of stakeholders, partners, and Business

Skills and Capabilities:

• Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills, personal accountability, and ability to plan and multitask effectively

• Experience working with various stakeholders with the ability to effectively lead initiatives and coordinate between teams to deliver on a common goal and manage expectations

• Solid understanding of software development process in large scale e-commerce environment

• Critical analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Deep understanding and experience with Agile methodologies

• PM certification and project management experience with software/IT projects

• Experience with Confluence, JIRA and SharePoint build is a key part of the role

• Experience building delivery plans, roadmaps and managing risk logs

• Excellent English proficiency
