Hello there. We’re Zopa.
We started our journey back in 2005, building the first ever peer-to-peer lending company. Fast forward to 2020 and we launched Zopa Bank. A bank that listens to what our customers don’t like about finance and does the opposite. We’re redefining what it feels like to work in finance. As part of Zopa’s exciting growth journey we are looking for a Head of 1st Line Compliance Advisory to join us. Reporting to our Senior Director of 1st Line Risk & Compliance, you’lllead a function that works across our product and Operations teams to ensure our products and services deliver good customer outcomes and operate in line with internal polices and external rules, requirements and regulations.
Your time will be split supporting our product teams to launch new products and features alongside overseeing ongoing operation of existing products.
If you’ve got a strong track record in balancing customer and risk considerations with a desire to get things done, then this role is for you!
