Job Summary:
The Strategy Analyst III provides critical support and informs strategic decision making for the Marketplace Line of Business.
Essential Functions:
- Lead the annual cycle /multi-year strategy planning and execution
- Facilitate SWOTs identification and monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop and implement communications/processes and business plans
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Marketplace long-term strategic plan
- Identify financial models and perform cost-benefit analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Financial Analysis: Perform complex financial analyses to inform investment business cases, P&L and KPI benchmarking
- Provide analysis and recommendations to inform the development of strategic initiatives
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Support and lead company process improvement efforts
- Prepare presentations and communicate key findings and recommendations
- Meet schedules and deadlines, adhere to policies and procedures to support goals
- Perform any other job-related instructions as requested
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
- Minimum of five (5) years of data analysis or experience in a health care setting is required
- Minimum of three (3) years of project management experience is preferred
- Marketplace experience is preferred
Competencies, Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficient in data analytics and reporting methods and tools including PowerBI, Modern Data Platform
- Advanced MS Excel, Access, and Word skills
- Experience with Visio and PowerPoint preferred
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Extreme flexibility as projects and priorities shift
- Financial modeling /analysis skills
Licensure and Certification:
- Project Management Certification preferred
Working Conditions:
- General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Infrequent, short-term travel may be required
Compensation Range:
$69,400.00 - $111,000.00
