- The Senior Manager, Strategy and Enablement Asia, is expected to apply problem-solving and analytical capabilities, strategic thinking and insight generation, and effective communications and relationship management. The successful candidate will work in a team-based collaborative environment where roles can vary from project to project, engage regularly with senior leaders across Sun Life, effectively manage strategy and enablement projects and processes, and structure and lead quantitative and qualitative analysis to solve critical strategic and implementation questions.

- Minimum of 5 years relevant business experience, ideally within Life and Health Insurance and/or Investment Management; experience in or knowledge of Sun Life's businesses and the Asia markets would be assets
- University degree in business or related discipline; MBA or other relevant advanced degree techniques, is an asset
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) in-depth secondary research, including collection and synthesis
- Demonstrated experience in financial analytics, including using modelling tools and is an asset
- Demonstrated experience analyzing and solving complex business problems and conducting
