You will:

  • Shape Visionary Designs: Craft and direct brand identity systems, campaigns, and digital products with storytelling and usability at the core.
  • Inspire Excellence: Mentor teams, deliver feedback, and uphold quality across every project.
  • Client Leadership: Build trust, inspire enthusiasm, and deliver solutions that drive success and industry recognition.
  • Creative Culture: Organise talks, share inspiration, and foster a collaborative, award-winning environment.
  • Drive Innovation: Lead brand engagements, unlock opportunities, and elevate team potential.
  • Industry Influence: Represent the agency at events, judge awards, and stay at the forefront of industry trends.

You have: 

  • 8-15+ years relevant experience in a creative or marketing organization 
  • Experience in a resource or project management role within a project-based strategic, creative, or technical agency environment. 
  • Knowledge of digital processes and the creative process. 
  • Experience in design, conceptual advertising, or interactive. 
  • Experience working in a dynamic and fluid environment.
  • Understanding of project lifecycle and process of complex requirements, briefs, potential risks, and dependencies relevant to resourcing work.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.  
  • Ability to thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
