As a Creative Designer, you’ll have the chance to stretch your creative muscles across print, digital, and motion graphics. Here, you’ll not only gain exposure to every branch of design while learning the ropes of real-world production, but you'll also lead a small team of creatives, fostering their growth and pushing the boundaries of what design can be. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a small team of creative professionals, setting objectives and overseeing project execution to ensure high-quality, visually compelling outcomes.
  • Design and produce various sales enablement materials, including presentations, digital documents, and promotional assets, to support the insurance marketing team.
  • Collaborate on digital projects such as web pages and multimedia content, contributing creative solutions and adhering to brand guidelines while focusing on user experience and engagement.
  • Assist with video content creation (if skills allow), bringing dynamic motion graphics and visual storytelling to life, and enhancing the team’s ability to produce multimedia campaigns.
  • Receives general supervision and guidance from more experienced team members.
  • Follows department processes, procedures, and client requirements; may make recommendations and/or implement improvements/solutions.
  • Participates in Internship Program activities and events, including onboarding, educational activities, information sessions, product demos, and social events.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of substantial graphic design experience, with a proven track record in a leadership role within a marketing or creative agency environment.
  • Experience in graphic design across print and digital mediums is essential, with proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Familiarity with basic web design principles (e.g., HTML, CSS, or WordPress) and motion graphics (After Effects or similar) is a plus.
  • A compelling portfolio that displays a wide range of creative design work, emphasizing digital and print media.
