Position Summary
Onsite position in Chandler, AZ. Job responsibilities entails administrative duties on site as well as virtual team functions. Duties includes:

  • Opening mail and reviewing to determine department responsible.

  • Review of returned refund checks on site - sorting and scanning into a designated location.

  • Printing private pay and facility invoices and mailing to appropriate address.

  • Reviewing, printing, and mailing document requests to customers.

  • Potential ordering of supplies and mailing them to colleagues across the company.

  • Researching correspondence and updating operating systems as needed.

  • Using tools and systems to investigate bad address and return mail incidents received for updated addresses and updating operating systems with appropriate information.

  • Review of checks received on site and forwarding to lockbox.

  • Backup to other admin personnel on site and other remote team members.

  • Use of various tools and systems

  • In addition, you may be responsible for partnering and working with other departments on tasks and/or participating in various projects and/or meetings as designated by management. 

  • Ensure appropriate and professional communication to our internal and external colleagues and customers on inquiries and resolve issues 

  • Follow all applicable government regulations, including HIPAA

  • Comply with departmental policies   

  • Meet minimum production and quality requirements  

  • Participate in meetings and training via phone and/or video conferencing 


Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of professional experience including customer service

  • 1+ year in a clerical, data entry, administrative, or other office role

  • 1+ year using MS office in a professional or academic setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Effective multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment 

  • Effective verbal and written communication as well as listening skills 

  • Intermediate to strong computer and typing skills 

  • Experience working in a fast paced and high-volume setting with strict turnaround timelines 

  • Healthcare industry knowledge helpful


Education
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $28.46

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
