The Senior Specialist, KPI Performance & Analytics, plays a critical role within the Customer & Performance Intelligence (CPI) department. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust KPI framework to measure and monitor organizational performance.
Job Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to identify and define relevant KPIs aligned with strategic objectives.
Design and implement effective data collection processes for KPI measurement.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reports for clear and concise communication of performance insights.
Monitor KPI performance and provide timely alerts and notifications for critical deviations.
Participate in the continuous review and improvement of KPI definitions and methodologies (using Kaizen & Kaikaku principles).
Collaborate with the Service Performance and Quality Manager and other specialists to ensure data integrity and consistency across the organization.
Translate complex data analysis into actionable recommendations for enhancing operational efficiency and achieving KPI targets.
Prepare presentations and briefings to communicate data insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Statistics, data mining, or a related field.
Certification in SCRUM, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, or a similar performance improvement methodology a plus.
Language: Fliuent in English is a must, Portuguese desired
Years of Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in performance management, business intelligence or finance related.
Analytical experience or job position.
Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing KPI frameworks.
Experience working in a cross-functional environment.
Computer Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft 365.
Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
Data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Desirable

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
