How you will create an impact
• Identify and develop alternative distribution channels
• Develop and maintain good business relation with the channels
• Solicit business from the channels via training, motivation and business support
• Facilitate department campaign, project and activities
• Initiate department training needs analysis and coordinate training resources to achieve training goals
• Implement business strategy and action plans
• Achieve production and activity targets, including Shenzhen Agency Development and other specified business programs
• Ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by managers
What you will need to succeed
• Bachelor degree , major in sales and marketing, business administration, economics or insurance is preferable
• Solid working experience, channel development experience is preferred
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong teamwork spirit and willing to work across boundaries
• Open-minded and strong learning ability
• Can work under great pressure
• Good command of English
