What You Will Do:

  • Member of the Guidehouse Federal Subcontracts team responsible for performing critical contract formation and administration of subcontract functions.

  • As a Federal Subcontracts Associate, you will also assist Guidehouse’s public sector teams with formation, administration and close out of US Government subcontracts.


What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. 

  • Two (2) + years of work experience ideally in a subcontracts or procurement capacity in the Federal government marketplace


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Ability to successfully interact with subcontractors and consultants/vendors related to prime contracts and higher-level subcontracts for the US Government, including senior-level officials and internal company leadership

  • Teaming with, and supporting the efforts of Guidehouse’s Federal Contracts Department, client service professionals, legal, compliance, finance, and security functions

  • Management of subcontracts so that they are readily accessible, maintained, and stored physically and electronically in accordance with US Government and Guidehouse records retention policies

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently within a fast-paced environment, including a proven record of success with the following:

    • Effective customer service orientation and organization skills while paying close attention to detail

    • Utilization of proactive listening and interpersonal skills to maintain a high level of productivity in an environment that places high priority upon success-driven teamwork

    • Verbal and written communications expressed in a clear and concise manner, including the utilization of Microsoft Office Suite to draft and review documents, analyze data, and prepare related presentations.
