Are you new to the insurance industry? You might have less than a year of work experience in insurance or you may not even have your level one license yet. If you have a minimum of 2+ years of customer service/sales experience our Service Advisor position could be the perfect fit for you!

Service Advisor Position:
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be one of the first people our customers meet when they’re seeking advice to protect their homes, travel the world, and ensure they’re safe on BC’s roads. You’ll meet their needs by recommending memberships or travel and auto insurance.  

Do you already have your level 1 insurance license & a minimum of 1 year’s work experience in the industry & you’re looking to further advance your career? Our Insurance Advisor position could be a great next step for you! BCAA will commit to supporting your professional development by facilitating your training & exam for your level 2 license.

Insurance Advisor Position: 

Becoming an Insurance Advisor puts you on the path towards a fulfilling career as a Senior Insurance Advisor within only 12 months. Your passion to deliver signature customer experiences enables BCAA to be the one of the most trusted organizations in British Columbia.  

Are you a tenured insurance professional who holds your level 2 insurance license & a minimum of 1 years’ experience selling home insurance? Senior Insurance Advisor Position:
As a Senior Insurance Advisor, you’ll build strong, trusting client relationships by helping our customers select the right mix of insurance products and services to meet their life’s events and future needs.
