As a Supply Chain Planner at Micron, you will play a critical role in ensuring our organization meets customer demand and sales orders. You will be responsible for optimizing our supply response by enabling our manufacturing factory plan and MRP signal, as well as our wafer die mix plan and inventory replenishment strategy. Your meticulous attention to detail and dedication to achieving important goals, such as revenue attainment, inventory health, and customer service level, will be instrumental in driving our ongoing growth and prosperity.

Responsibilities:

  • Publish supply response for customer demand and sales orders.
  • Enable the manufacturing factory plan and MRP signal.
  • Optimize wafer die mix plan and inventory replenishment strategy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from around the world to address pressing action items.
  • Communicate risks and opportunities of supply to revenue planning teams.
  • Understand demand/revenue opportunities and proactively work towards meeting them.
  • Provide qualitative inputs to optimize supply/demand balancing.
  • Ensure accurate projected supply response for reliable customer commitments.
  • Maintain supply fill rate metrics for the 0-6 month horizon.
  • Contribute to replenishment strategies for achieving delivery performance.
  • Manage wafer/die inventory health and provide inputs to Silicon Planning teams.
  • Communicate supply risks and opportunities to relevant business processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience required.
  • A Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Proven experience in supply chain planning or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Education and Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree in engineering or equivalent experience in the field.
  • Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience in the industry.
