The Field Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS       

  • Creates and maintains safe working environment and cultures within the organization 
  • Takes care of company property 
  • Proactively trouble shoots systems for mechanical, electrical equipment conditions 
  • Anticipates and corrects safety issues – both company and customer owned equipment 
  • Direct interfacing with customer 
  • May be responsible for work in multiple systems, locations or customers 
  • Provides coaching or training to entry-level technicians 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS 

  • HS diploma or equivalent 
  • Industry specific licenses preferred 
  • Ability to obtain TWIC card 
  • Ability to coach and training entry-level technicians 
  • 2-5 years technical/operational experience including industrial or commercial process water experience 
  • Experience with Microsoft office including smart devices 
  • Must have customer service experience 
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and trouble shooting ability 
  • Able to operate a company vehicl
  • Able to pass driver requirements   

Salary range:

$39,500.00 - $63,000.00
