Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions (BEWS) is the group responsible for leading Ericsson’s Enterprise Networking and Security business. Our growing product portfolio spans across wide area networks, local area networks and enterprise security. We are the #1 global market leader in Wireless-WAN based enterprise connectivity solutions and are growing fast in enterprise Private 5G networks and Secure Access Services Edge (SASE) solutions.
We are looking for a Senior Director of Partner Sales to manage the partner team in the West and Central Areas. The Senior Director should have hands-on industry experience in the Wireless WAN networking space with specific experience managing and leading partner organizations in the Western region of the U.S. and specific relationships with Partners and Partner Execs. You will be interacting and working closely with the Area Sales VP’s and Sales teams to drive a comprehensive channel strategy to accelerate sales growth.
Develop and execute Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions West and Central Partner Sales strategy in alignment with the Sales AVP’s
Identify, qualify, develop and drive partnerships with enterprise partners, system integrators and technology alliances
Leverage existing relationships to help partners accelerate their Wireless WAN practice and drive incremental revenue
Manage a team of Partner Account Managers to develop territory partner plans with their sales stakeholders
Recruit and onboard new talent into the organization
Provide effective management and motivation of the Partner sales team to ensure the achievement of aggressive growth plan
Cultivate executive relationships with Partners
Collaborate with Partner Marketing to deliver necessary positioning, collateral and campaigns
Work with Technology Alliance team to accelerate Partner opportunities
Manage and monitor defined revenue and volume objectives for each partner team
Collaborate with regional leaders, engineering, finance, legal, marketing, sales and operations
Attend and represent the Company at industry events
Minimum Qualifications:
Extensive enterprise business, technology and partner sales experience
Deep understanding and relationships with regional and vertical enterprise partners and technology ecosystem
Proven experience leading Partner sales teams- including remote management & leadership
Understand complex organizational structures and dynamics, including multiple level selling
Relationships with Distributors and experience with Two-tier sales and marketing
Able to forge strong relationships internally and with partners
Strong negotiator
Understand requirements to build successful relationships with partners, including strategy, financial models, onboarding, training, marketing and enablement
Strong verbal and written communication
Fifteen (15+) years of experience working with North America Enterprise partners and two-tier global distribution
Ten (10+) years of sales and/or channel sales management experience- managing partner programs, joint marketing funds, marketing funds, discount programs, etc.
A proven history of measurable channel/partner achievements – quotas and pipeline goals exceeded
Bachelor’s Degree

Your Pay:
The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Your pay also includes the opportunity for monthly sales incentives. Actual payouts are dependent upon the attainment of agreed to revenue goals and objectives as determined by our management team.
